Mr. Effman is a recognized authority on Music Education and Band
Programs. His professional accomplishments since 1971
include Chairman of Music, Tampa Catholic High School, Tampa,
Florida; Co-Chairman of Fine Arts, H. Frank Carey High School,
Franklin Square, NY; Founder of the Catholic School Honor Band; and
since 1980, Director of the Paul Effman Music Service.
In March of 2006, The Long Island Catholic School Honor
Band celebrated it's 25th Anniversary.
Paul Effman serves private education throughout New
York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and South Florida.
